Weebly (owned by Square) is a straightforward drag-and-drop builder whose free plan notably includes basic e-commerce — you can list products and take payments via Square without paying for the plan itself. It's dated next to Wix or Framer, but for a simple free shop or small business site it still delivers.

It's one of the few free builders that lets you actually sell something without upgrading, thanks to the Square integration.
