Deel PEO is a Professional Employer Organization service for companies with employees in the United States. Through a co-employment model, Deel takes on much of the administrative burden — payroll, tax filings, benefits and HR — while your company keeps managing its people and business.
It's aimed at businesses that already have a US entity and want to cut the work of running payroll and HR in-house. If you're hiring internationally without local entities, Deel's EOR service is usually the better fit.
