About ManyChat
ManyChat is a chat marketing platform for automating conversations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, plus SMS and email. You build automated "flows" — comment-to-DM triggers, keyword replies, lead capture, drip sequences — using a visual, no-code builder.
It's best known as the go-to tool for creators and brands who run Instagram DM automation: reply "LINK" in the comments and get a DM back, at scale, without a human in the loop.

−WhatsApp and advanced channels need paid plans
−It's marketing automation, not a full support helpdesk
−Powerful flows can get complex to maintain
