About Apple Notes
Apple Notes is seriously underrated. Inline tables, checklists, tags, folders, Smart Folders, collaboration, PDF scanning and handwriting — all built into every Apple device. The 2023–2025 updates made it a genuine competitor to paid apps for most people's needs. If you're on Apple, it deserves a serious look.
You already have it. After recent updates it handles tables, tags, collaboration and even smart folders. For 80% of users this is enough — and it's free with your Apple device.
